Tips

  • YouTube subtitles are official or auto-generated, depending on the video; extraction fails for videos that have no subtitles.
  • This tool only extracts text subtitles. It does not download any video file.

Yes. Every line is prefixed with a mm:ss timestamp so you can locate any part of the video.
Does this tool download videos?+
No. It only extracts subtitle text. No video content is transmitted or stored.
What if a video has no subtitles?+
The tool reports that no subtitle is available. For Bilibili, try again after filling in the SESSDATA cookie.
